Itinerary:-

Day 01: Leh

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Post lunch visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. O/N Leh.

Day 02: Leh Local

After breakfast visit to Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. En route, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet) After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 04: Nubra – Turtuk- Nubra

The distance between Nubra to Turtuk is 165 km & it takes 5 hours drive to reach Turtuk

with Pakistan. Considered the northernmost point of India, Turtuk is the last outpost of Indian

Day 05 : Nubra to Pangong via Hotspring + Tso lake via Shyok

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife.

Day 06 : Pangong Lake to Leh

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 07 : Leh Local Sightseeing (105 KM / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to visit Shey Place, The ancient capital of Ladakh and Thiksay Monastery located on top of a hill; the Monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several Stupas, Statues, Thangkas, Wall Paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha’s teachings. Later continue to drive to visit Hemis Monastery, which was built in 1630, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism and It houses some beautiful Wall Paintings, Thangka and several other historic objects. Later visit Stok Palace Museum . Return to Leh in the evening. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 08: Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.
There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.

LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:

a)Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.

b)Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.

c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.

d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).

Cancellations Policy for Land Package:

50% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
100% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
No Show 100% of tour cost.
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. En route, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet) After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra. Day 04 : Nubra to Pangong via Shyok

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife.

Day 05 : Pangong Lake to Leh

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 06 : Leh Local Sightseeing (105 KM / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Sindhu Darshan and about 7 kms from Leh on the bank of the Historical Indus River. Later proceed to visit Shey Place, The ancient capital of Ladakh and Thiksay Monastery located on top of a hill; the Monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several Stupas, Statues, Thangkas, Wall Paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha’s teachings. Later continue to drive to visit Hemis Monastery, which was built in 1630, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism and It houses some beautiful Wall Paintings, Thangka and several other historic objects. Later visit Stok Palace Museum . Return to Leh in the evening. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 07 : Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

Cancellations Policy for Land Package:

50% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.

Day 01: Leh

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Post lunch visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 02 : Leh to Nubra Valley ( 125 KM / 5-6 Hrs )

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardung La pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. Enroute, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. Stay overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 03 : Nubra to Pangong via Shyok ( 165 KM / 06 Hrs )

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Stay Overnight in Pangong.

Day 04 : Pangong Lake to Leh ( 155 KM / 05 Hrs )

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 05 : Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed towards your houseboat on Dal Lake.

After check-in and some relaxation, proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing, covering the beautiful Mughal Gardens such as Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, subject to available time.
