Glimpses of Ladakh — Detailed Itinerary & Policies

Itinerary

Day 01 — Leh: Arrival at Leh airport. You will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check-in and rest for acclimatization. Welcome tea/coffee will be served. Post lunch visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Overnight in Leh.

Day 02 — Leh to Nubra Valley (125 KM / 5–6 Hrs): After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (18,390 ft). Enjoy panoramic views; later check-in and enjoy camel safari at Hunder dunes. Overnight in Nubra.

Day 03 — Nubra to Pangong via Shyok (165 KM / 6 Hrs): Drive toward Pangong via the Shyok route passing Durbuk and Tangtse. Arrive at Pangong Lake (approx 14,000 ft). Explore the lake area and stay overnight at Pangong.

Day 04 — Pangong Lake to Leh (155 KM / 5 Hrs): Early morning sunrise at the lake. After breakfast return to Leh via Changla Pass with short halts. Overnight in Leh.

Day 05 — Departure: Transfer to Leh airport for onward flight. Journey ends with sweet memories of Ladakh.

Package Inclusions

• Welcome drink (Hot Tea / Coffee / Kahwa) on arrival.
• Accommodation on twin sharing basis as per selected plan (5 Days / 4 Nights).
• Meals: Bed Tea, Breakfast & Dinner (as per the itinerary).
• To & fro Leh airport transfers (for 2 Pax pick-up/drop by car).
• Transport for sightseeing by non-AC car (Innova/Xylo/Scorpio) for point-to-point transfers.
• Inner Line Permit & environmental fees, wildlife & Red Cross fees where applicable.
• Complimentary oxygen cylinder for Nubra & Pangong tour only.

Package Exclusions

• Any airfare / train fare.
• Any meals other than those mentioned.
• Personal expenses (tips, laundry, telephone, mineral water, etc.).
• Optional activities (rafting, extra camel rides, motorbike hire, guide charges unless specified).
• Heater charges at hotels / camps (if applicable).
• Travel insurance & medical expenses.
• Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharge or other supplements beyond our control.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Cancellation: 50% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days. 100% cancellation within 20 days. No-show: 100% of tour cost.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within ~60 days via cheque or credit note as per company policy.
• Payment: 25% advance (non-refundable) at time of booking. Balance 75% one month prior to arrival OR 100% payment before the trip starts (as per final terms).
• All bookings are subject to availability. Rates are subject to change until confirmed with payment & vouchers issued.

Note: Journey & itinerary may change due to weather, roadblocks or operational reasons. Extra cost for alternative arrangements will be charged to guests directly.
